Shipping policy
Thank you for your interest in shopping at Soins Altera Vitae. Here are all the details about what happens from the moment you place your order, until your reception of the package. The information on this page is subject to change, for example, in promotional contexts or more.
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Indeed, most of our products are made to order so that we can provide you with the best quality. Once your order is packaged, we will proceed with the shipment, and you will receive another notification. We will always choose the shipping method which you would have chosen at checkout, but your parcel may potentially be delayed because of postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We ship everywhere in Canada. We also offer free shipping on all Canadian orders $50+.
Locker pickup
We also offer a locker pickup option in Laval, for free, as part of the LavalInnov program. If you chose this option, we will ask you to chose the locker of your choice between those marked with a green star on the map linked here. Simply add your selected locker number to your order notes. You will then receive instructions by email, and your order will be delivered within the next 2 business days.
In-store pickup
We currently do not support in-store pickup.
International Shipping
For now, we only ship to Canada.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Soins Altera Vitae is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@alteravitae.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
